LinkContext
Privacy Policy
Effective August 13, 2026
Local processing and storage
When you explicitly open Current Resources, refresh it, or invoke a resource action, LinkContext reads the current app and relevant interface metadata on your Mac. Resource identities, confirmed relationships, and usage records are stored locally. LinkContext does not use AI models to process work content and does not operate a cloud work archive.
Service data
Trial, license activation, purchase, transactional email and update features exchange limited data needed to provide those services. This may include a random installation identifier, app and build versions, license and device information, purchase email, order identifiers and validation dates.
Third-party services
Stripe processes payments, and Resend delivers transactional email. When you enable the Notion integration and explicitly create a Notion page, LinkContext sends the selected resource title and LinkContext resource link directly to Notion using the integration token stored in your macOS Keychain. LinkContext servers do not receive that Notion content or token. These providers process the information required to perform their services under their own terms and privacy policies.
macOS permissions
Accessibility, Automation, Reminders and other protected capabilities remain subject to user-controlled macOS permissions. Accessibility is requested only when an explicit capture needs interface structure; LinkContext does not request screen-capture access or continuously monitor applications.
Your choices
You can delete resources and clear certain locally stored caches in the app regardless of license state. The current app does not provide a complete data-export or single-step delete-all interface. Contact [email protected] for data assistance or purchase-data access and deletion requests where legally applicable.
