Refund Policy

Effective August 13, 2026

14-day request period

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with the purchase email and Stripe receipt. Refunds are reviewed manually.

License effect

A full refund revokes the Pro license. A partial refund does not automatically revoke it. Refunded offline devices return to Free after the 30-day validation grace period; local data remains accessible.

Payment disputes

If a payment dispute is finally decided against the purchaser, the associated license may be revoked.
